The Espresso Martini is the perfect evening cocktail for all coffee addicts, needing a caffeine hit with some added punch. The Espresso Martini was famously created in London during the 80's for a model who ordered a drink to 'wake me up and f**k me up'...

You will need to make a simple Espresso Martini:
Something to make and shake the cocktail in... A jam jar or a cocktail shaker.

Vodka (Absolut is good)
Tia Maria
Cold Brew coffee (We used Sandows Original) 
Sugar Syrup
25ml measure cup

How to make an simple Espresso Martini:
1) Add ice into your shaker/jar
2) The add the following -
2 x 50ml Absolut Vodka
1 x 50ml Tia Maria
1 x 200ml Sandows Original Cold Brew coffee
1 x 35ml Sugar Syrup
3) Give your shaker a fast strong shake.
4) Strain your cocktail out into a glass
5) Enjoy!

How to make a French Martini Cocktail

We think you should be drinking a 'French Martini' Cocktail this weekend... Because it is a sassy and fruity cocktail, created in the 80's and combines the luxurious French Raspberry liqueur Chambord with the punch of Absolut Vodka, topped with tropical Pineapple juice. It is a delicious cocktail has a bit of a disco edge and a little bit of je ne sais quoi. 
 
So, let's make a French Martini. Here is what you will need to make a super simple French Martini cocktail without a shaker.
 
To make this French Martini Cocktail you will need the following -
Absolut or any premium Vodka
Chambord Black Rasberry Liqueur
Pineapple Juice
Spoon
Measure cup (25ml)
A glass or two if your inviting a friend
Ice for each glass
Straws

So keeping the cocktail making process simple - 
Add -
1) Ice to each glass
Add to each cocktail glass over the ice
2) 50ml Vodka
3) 25ml Chambord Black Rasberry Liqueur
4) 100ml Britvic Pineapple Juice
5) Give it a good stir
6) Drop in a straw

Now it's time to enjoy!
