Delivery Update - Current order and delivery times.

Due to current weather and COVID issues in some area's along with an increase in orders there may be a short delay of a few days in getting some orders delivered.

We use both Royal Mail and Parcel Force to deliver our orders to you. We endeavour to get all orders delivered to you within 1-3 working days of order and payment. However from time to time deliveries maybe delayed.

Please note - The postal charges take into consideration some locations in UK which sadly suffer additional postage charges due to the complexity of delivery. These include some of the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

All our parcels are sent with Parcel Force and require a signature on delivery. If we have a problem with your order and it is likely to be delayed we will contact you immediately.

If you are not in, Parcel Force will leave a card with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should the new delivery attempts fail, your order will be returned to us and we will issue a refund of your order product, minus the delivery charge.

Unfortunately we currently are unable to deliver to most EU countries due to Brexit. Once all delivery and duty costs have been confirmed we hope to resume international delivery.

We are really sorry but we currently cannot deliver to Europe and USA. Due to new shipping restrictions created by the UK postal service.
